A seasoned sales professional with proficiency in state-of-the-art technical marine equipment, Andrews’ experience includes working with a global leader for vessel stabilization equipment and ten years representing one of the largest marine reverse osmosis suppliers worldwide.
Andrews’ employment experience includes working throughout the Americas and Asia Pacific while growing client revenue 20% year-over-year. He has been instrumental in strengthening brand recognition and global reach for a wide range of companies and industries that he has worked within. BWD is excited to put Andrews’ proven sales and marine desalination experience to work in helping to grow yacht builder & OEM sales for the Americas and across the Pacific Ocean to Asia.
With significant demand for BWD’s cutting-edge equipment and global support network within his territories, Andrews’ focused attention to building brand awareness, growing dealer networks and boosting system sales will help ensure BWD’s global market share continues on its current trajectory.

Crossing the Tasman Sea in True Comfort Aboard a Blue Water Desalination-equipped Riviera 72 Sports Motoryacht
There’s a reason why Aussies and New Zealanders refer to the Tasman sea that separates their coasts as The Ditch: it’s not the type of sea you would go for a relaxing cruise on. With depressions passing West to East during the Southern Hemisphere’s winter and trade winds converging with westerlies in the summer months, calm is a rarity for the Tasman Sea.
However, these conditions did not stop Joe and Cheryl Pengelly from embarking on a 2-week adventurous crossing of the famed Ditch with their brand new and highly customized Riviera 72 Sports Motor Yacht. Equipped with a Blue Water Desalination Legend 1850 fully automatic watermaker capable of producing up to 7,000 liters (1,850 gallons) of water daily, water rationing, and storage was of no concern for this cruising couple.
